These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the K1s application ("the Application") provided by La Rebelion Labs ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from accessing or using the Application.

1. User's Acceptance of Terms:

By accessing or using the Application, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms. Your continued use of the Application constitutes your acceptance of these Terms.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties:

The Application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. Your use of the Application is at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, La Rebelion Labs and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Application.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless La Rebelion Labs and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Application or your violation of these Terms.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, United States. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Application shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Texas, United States.

9. Changes to the Terms of Service:

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the Terms will be effective upon posting the revised Terms within the Application. Your continued use of the Application after the posting of any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
